"Good price, but warranty help was a letdown"
I bought a pistol from GrabAGun and it showed up just fine, but after my first range trip, one of the parts started having an issue. I emailed them thinking they’d help with the warranty or at least point me in the right direction, but the replies were slow and mostly just said to contact the manufacturer. They did eventually respond, so it wasn’t completely useless lol, but it definitely felt like they didn’t really want to deal with it. The price was good, but the support side was frustrating for me

I found the site easy to navigate, and the search worked well enough for what I was looking for. I’m usually a little cautious when shopping online, so I appreciated that checkout felt straightforward and there weren’t any confusing steps. A few pages did load slower than I’d like, and the filters could definitely be more useful, but overall I didn’t have much trouble finding what I needed. I’d feel okay using it again.

I ordered online and picked it up at my local shop. The ordering part was easy enough, and the emails were clear. When I got there, pickup took longer than I expected, almost like nobody had really gotten things ready yet, but it wasn’t a huge deal. The price was good, and the item showed up fine. I’d probably use GrabAGun again...

I had to cancel an order on grabagun.com and expected the refund process to be a hassle. To their credit, they got it started quickly, and the money was back in my account within a few days. That part went better than I thought it would. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the update emails were a little vague, and I feel like a simple apology or clearer explanation would’ve gone a long way. Overall, not a bad experience, just could’ve been handled a bit more clearly

The order showed up in good shape. I always kind of judge packaging by the quick “is anything rattling or smashed?” test, and this passed. The box had a small dent on one corner, but everything inside was wrapped snug and clean. Nothing fancy, but it did what it needed to do

I ordered a handgun part from GrabAGun, for once, the listing was actually right. The photos, model info, and specs all matched what showed up, which shouldn’t feel like such a big deal, but somehow it does these days. No random surprises, no missing details, no wondering if I got the wrong thing. I double-checked everything before buying, and when it arrived, it was exactly as described. Kind of refreshing, honestly. I’d buy from them again.

"Really smooth FFL order"
I ordered from GrabAGun and had it shipped to my local FFL. I was really a little worried there might be some back and forth, but they already had the dealer info on file and everything went smoothly. The shipping notice came quick, and my FFL called me once it showed up. No weird delays or missing paperwork on my end. Really easy overall, I just went in, did the normal transfer, and that was it. I’d use them again for another FFL order.

I ended up having to cancel my order because I realized I picked the wrong item, which was annoying and felt like extra work I really didn’t want to deal with. I wasn’t sure if it was going to turn into a whole hassle, but customer service actually got back to me quickly and canceled it without making it too complicated. The refund did take a few days to show up, so that was a little frustrating. Overall, it went better than I expected, but I still wish fixing a simple mistake didn’t take that much effort...

"Getting a bit too pricey"
I used to really like this, but it’s gotten too pricey now. I get that costs go up, but the current price just feels a little much for what you get. Not sure I’ll keep buying it unless it drops back down a bit tbh.

"Damaged in Shipping, But They Made It Right"
My order showed up with some shipping damage. Not great. I was a little worried at first, honestly. Sent GrabAGun an email with a few pics and they got back to me fast. No runaround, no big hassle. They set up the replacement and took care of it. It did take a few days, but that felt fair. Easy overall. I’d order from them again
